
New mom and Kapuso actress Solenn Heussaff shared how she does her workout routine now that Luzon is on enhanced community quarantine.
In an Instagram post, Solenn showed her quick home workout routine and shared a tip that new moms should ask for a doctor's approval first.
"To my Postpartum peops, here's a quick workout you can do. Of course, listen to your body and avoid certain movements if you feel pain ( ask your OB). I'm C- Section 2 1/2 months postpartum."
Solenn continued by sharing that she's already walking uphill and just started her process to regain muscle strength.
"Have started walking uphill at 2 months 3 times a week, and now started slowly working out to regain muscle strength. Thank you @coachinigo for the LDR workout tips :)"
